We want you to be happy with Mapsmith. If the plugin doesn't meet your needs, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account. We'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and the plugin will revert to its free-tier functionality on your WordPress site(s). You will not lose any data — your maps, locations, and businesses remain in your WordPress database. You simply lose access to Pro or Agency features.

After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests received after the 30-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a significant technical issue that we are unable to resolve, we will work with you to find a fair outcome. Please contact us and describe the issue.

Upgrades

If you upgrade from Pro to Agency, the 30-day refund window applies to the upgrade charge from the date of the upgrade, not the original Pro purchase date.
